Cables May Be Needed:
If your car's radio antenna connector is as shown in the picture and is located in the trunk, you need to order two extension cables (XTRONS ISOFZ and FZMF) to complete the installation.

If your car's original radio has a 4.3" or 7" screen with a 12-pin connector, or the navigation drive is located in the rear of your car, you need to order an additional 6m extension cable to assist the installation. (XTRONS EXL005 and EXL007 are compatible).

Connect the blue connector to the XTRONS ISO harness ONLY if your car has a 12-pin connector.

If your factory radio has a DSP (Digital Sound Processing) button or your car has a digital sound system such as "Harman Kardon", you will need to order an extension cable to assist with the installation. (XTRONS EXL007 is compatible).

If your car has a fiber optic amplifier system, you will need a decoder to assist with the installation. (XTRONS FOBB05 is compatible).

If you want to install this unit in your for Rover 75 (1999-2005) or for MG ZT (2001-2005), you need to cut off the trim of this unit on both sides. Also, if your radio harness is 36-pin, you need to order an extra ISO harness from us. (XTRONS AK/PSP9046B/ISOCBL02 is compatible). Attention: Please make sure all functions work properly before cutting. work.

Important Compatibility Notes:

Please check your car's center console and see if there is an air conditioning cover as shown in the picture provided. If there is, you can remove it into the container and then install this unit perfectly in your car.

We are NOT liable for ANY import tax, customs fee, or customs delay. If the parcel is return back to us due to the buyer's refusal to pay the above fee, we would NOT resend the parcel until the buyer complete those fees and pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund based on the above reason.

1. Standard 30 day return policy:
If you do not like / are not satisfied with an item within 30 days, starting on the day after the day on which you took delivery, you can return the item for a refund or an exchange providing it is in a perfect and resalable condition. You are liable for all return carriage costs in relation to returns / cancellations. The product must be returned in the condition it was received.

2. Manufacturer's warranty:
Beyond this 30 days period, you are covered under the manufacturer's warranty which is typically 1 year. please note the buyer is liable for all return carriage costs in relation to returns. If your product becomes faulty during this period, you should contact us via email to receive technical support in the first instance. We will then arrange for your item to be repaired or replaced or provide details of the manufacturers local service center.

If goods returned under this clause are found to be in full working order, an inspection fee of USD 20.00 along with the cost of carriage will be charged to you before the goods can be released.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A VALID RETURNS NUMBER.

Any items are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you to take care when returning items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed & adequately packaged. Items that arrive back damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packaging will not be accepted. These items will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense.
